Simply add the item(s) that you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you have added the item(s) to your cart, you may proceed to checkout where you will add your billing and shipping addresses and choose a payment method. Depending on which payment method you choose, you may be redirected to our payment gateway, or you may receive an email with our banking details. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be processed and dispatched.
On the Buckley and Boo website you can pay using your Credit card, Debit card and EFT.
1. Credit Card transaction: This is done through the site and the payment gateway is secure.
2. Direct Bank Transfer (EFT): This is done through your internet banking and may take up to 3 days to clear.

To track your order, head over to the Track My Order page and enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Please note that a 5-7 working day delivery period is expected after your payment has cleared. Please note that due to fraud screening you may be asked to provide a copy of your ID as well as a card used as proof of payment and delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and cannot issue refunds, unless the item(s) are delivered damaged or defective.
Should you wish to return an item, you need to notify as via email within 7 days of receiving the items, accompanied by photographs to justify your return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
